Tüberküloz hastalarının tedavi süresinde sosyal destek süreçlerinin incelenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, İstanbul Verem Savaşı Derneği dispanserlerinden tedavi alan tüberküloz hastaların aldıkları sosyal desteğin, tedavilerini nasıl etkilediği incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmada; tüberküloz hastalarının demografik özellikleri, kurumlardan yardım alma durumları, sosyal destek alma durumları, hastalık ve sorunları, aldıkları sosyal destek durumları, sosyal hizmet açısından değerlendirilmektedir. Araştırmanın örneklemi tüberküloz hastalarından oluşmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak görüşme formu ve Sosyal Destek Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda bağımsız değişken iki gruplu ise bağımsız örneklemlerde t testi, ikiden fazla gruba aitse tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. İki sürekli değişken arasındaki ilişkiyi incelerken ise pearson korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada tüberküloz hastası olan bireylerin; sosyal güvenceye sahip olanlar, ev sahibi olanlar, teşhis ve tedavi aşamasında yeterli tıbbi hizmet ve psikolojik destek alan hastaların, ailesinden ve akrabadan destek alan hastaların puanları algılanan sosyal desteğin diğer gruplara göre daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Çocuk sahibi olmayan, hasatlıktan dolayı psikolog veya sosyal hizmet uzmanı gibi profesyonellerin desteğine ihtiyaç duymayan hastaları sivil toplum örgütlerinden destek almayanların, algılanan sosyal destek puanları diğer gruplara göre daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it was examined that how the social support affected patients’ treatment which they received in İstanbul Verem Savaşı Derneği’s (A social association in fight against the tuberculosis in İstanbul) dispensaries. In this research, the TB positive patients’ demographical qualities, whether they receive helps and social supports from constitutions, their illness and problems were examined in terms of social services. The sample in this study consists of TB positive patients. İnterview form and social support scale were used as the data collection means in this research. The Pearson correlation analysis was used while the relation was being examined between two continuously variable. In this study, among the TB positive patients who had social security, a house, enough medical care or psycological support in the diagnosis and treatment processes, enough family and relative suuport had more social support points than any other TB positive patients groups. Among the TB positive patients who didn’t have any children, didn’t need any support from professionals like social workers and psychologists, didn’t recieve any support from Non- Governmental Organisations had more social support points than any other TB positive patients groups. | |
