| dc.description.abstract | Uluslararasılaşma eğilimleri, eğitim temasını belirgin hale getiren çok faktörlü yönlere sahiptir. Bu eğilimler, ekonomik değerlerin transferi şeklinde gerçekleşebilmekte, kültürler arası etkileşimin yaygınlaşması ve bilgi transferinin hızlanması şeklinde de görünür olabilmektedir. Aynı zamanda eğitim kalite ve transferinde yaşanan süreçler, bu alanda pek çok aktör ve kurumun faaliyetlerine yön vermektedir. Bu kapsamda, üniversiteler uluslararası düzeyde belirli anlaşma ve programlar çerçevesinde örneğin, öğrenci hareketlilik programları ile kültürel etkileşim içerisine girerek, genişleyen ağlar neticesinde uluslararası perspektif kazanmakta ve marka değeri oluşturabilmektedir. Bu durum, ülkelerin daha çok katma değer üretiminde yetenek savaşları adı verilen yarışta “en iyi” ve “en zeki” sosyal ve beşerî sermayesi yüksek öğrencilerden faydalanmayı temsil etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’deki üniversitelere yurt dışından gelen uluslararası öğrencilerin istihdamına ilişkin hukuki çerçeveyi ve çalışma koşullarını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada uzman görüşleri alınarak hazırlanan 13 soruluk bir anket uluslararası öğrencilere yönlendirilmiş ve 274 kişinin katılımı sağlanmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, erkek ve kadın öğrencilerin sektör bilgisi, ayrımcılık algısı, zorlukları ve engellere yargısı arasında farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. İkili karşılaştırma sonucunda, dil eğitimi için gelenler ile lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora için gelenler arasında anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Internationalization tendencies have multifactorial aspects that highlight the theme of education. These tendencies can be seen in the form of the transfer of economic values, as well as the expansion of intercultural interaction and the acceleration of information transfer. At the same time, the processes experienced in the quality and transfer of education lead the activities of many actors and institutions in this field. In this context, universities can gain an international perspective and create brand value as a result of expanding networks by entering into cultural interaction with student mobility programs within the framework of certain agreements and programs at international level. This represents the take advantage of high social and human capital students that ”the best“ and ”the most intelligent, in the so-called talent wars, which play a role in the more value-added production of countries. The purpose of this study, the legal framework for the recruitment of international students coming from abroad to universities in Turkey and reveals the working conditions. A 13-question questionnaire prepared by taking expert opinions in the study was directed to international students and participation of 274 people was provided. According to the findings of the study, no difference was found between male and female students’ knowledge of sector, perception of discrimination, difficulties and judiciary. As a result of the binary comparison, a significant difference was found between those who came for language education and those coming for bachelor, master and doctor. | |
