dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada yeni ve deneyimli psikoterapistlerin travma ile çalışma deneyimlerini anlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri altı psikoterapist ile yapılan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Katılımcılardan üçünün beş senenin altında, kalan üçünün beş senenin üzerinde klinik deneyimi bulunmaktadır. Hepsi travma alanında çalışmakta ve aktif olarak danışan görmektedirler. Görüşmelerin biri yüz yüze, beşi çevrimiçi olarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri yorumlayıcı fenomenolojik analiz yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda dört temanın ortaya çıktığı görülmüştür. Bunlar: Travmanın doğasına dair, travma ile çalışmanın sonuçları, travma ile çalışmada baş etme ve travma ile çalışmada roller olarak isimlendirilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to understand the experiences of new and experienced psychotherapists working with trauma. The data of the study were collected through semi-structured interviews with six psychotherapists. Three of the participants have less than five years of clinical experience and the remaining three have more than five years of clinical experience. All of them work in the field of trauma and actively see clients. One of the interviews was collected face-to-face and five were collected online. The data of the research were analyzed using the interpretative phenomenological analysis method. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that four themes emerged. These are: the nature of trauma, the results of working with trauma, coping with trauma and roles in working with trauma.
