Para-sartorial compartments (Pasc) block for knee surgeries: A report of five cases

The adductor canal (AC) block is a useful motorsparing option; however, it only blocks the saphenous nerve (SN) and does not achieve a complete block of the knee. In contrast, a block at the apex of the femoral triangle (FT block) will also involve other branches of the femoral nerve and cause superior analgesia.
