| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma, kemoterapi alan kanser hastalarında hemşirelik bakımı memnuniyetinin hastalık algısı ve yaşam kalitesine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı, kesitsel ve ilişki arayıcı bir çalışma olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma vakıf üniversitesi hastanesinde kemoterapi alan 612 kanser hastası ile gerçekleştirildi. (N=612). Veri toplama aracı olarak ''Hasta Bilgi Formu'', ''Newcastle Hemşirelik Bakımından Memnuniyet Ölçeği'', ''Hastalık Algısı Ölçeği'' ve ''Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği'' kullanıldı. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 22.0 paket program ile sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma ve t-testi, Tek yönlü Anova testi, Scheffe testi, pearson korelasyon ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada hastaların %47,4'ünün kadın, %75,8'i evli ve %69,6'sının gelir durumunun orta düzeyde olduğu saptandı. Hemşirelik bakımı memnuniyet puan ortalaması 92,44±7,72 olarak, bulundu. Araştırmada hastalık algısı ölçeği alt boyutlarından olan hastalık tipi sayısı, duygusal temsiller, psikolojik atıflar, risk faktörleri, kaza veya şans ile hemşirelik bakımı memnuniyeti arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki belirlendi. Hemşirelik bakımı memnuniyet düzeyi arttıkça hastalık tipi sayısı, duygusal temsiller, psikolojik atıflar, risk faktörleri ve kaza veya şans düzeyi azalmaktadır. Hemşirelik bakımı memnuniyet ile yaşam kalitesi arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmadı. Hemşire, hastanın gereksinimlerini yakından takip eden önemli bir sağlık ekibi üyesidir. Hastaların memnuniyetlerinin ve yaşam kalitesinin artırılması için hastaların semptom yönetiminin sağlanması, eğitim ve bilgilendirme yapılması ve desteklenmesi gerekmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This is a descriptive, cross sectional and relation seeking study aimed to investigate the effects of patients satisfaction with nursing care on perception of illness and quality of life in care cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. The study was contucted with 612 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy at the foundation university hospital. We used ''Patient information form'', ''Newcastle with Nursing Care Scale'', ''The Illness Perception Questionnaire'' and ''Quality of Life Questionnaire''. Statistical analysis was number, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, Anova test, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation and Regression with SPSS 22.0 statistical program. In this study, the percentage of patients female, male and middle socioeconomic status were %47,4; %75,8; %69,6 respectiveliy. The mean satisfaction level regarding nursing was found to be 92,44±7,72. There was a significant negative correlation between disease type, emotional representation, psychological attributions, risk factors, accident or chance from the disease perception scale subscales, and satisfaction with nursing in the study. As the level of satisfaction with nursing increases, the number of disease types decreases, emotional representations, psychological attributions, risk factors and level of accident or chance decrease. A statistically significant results were not found between patient care of nurses and quality of life. The nurse is a member of an important health team who closely follows the needs of the patient. In order to increase patient satisfaction and quality of life, side effects of patients should be controlled, educated and informed and supported. | |
