dc.description.abstractGeçmişten bugüne insanı, bunun sonucunda da toplumu ve kamusal alanlarını değiştiren birçok devrimsel gelişme yaşanmıştır. Temel olarak tarım devrimi ile başlayan süreç, matbaanın icadı, sanayi devrimi, nihayetinde de dijital çağ olarak nitelenen bilgisayar ve internet teknolojilerinin hayatımıza girmesiyle toplumsal yapılar hiç olmadığı kadar hızla değişim içine girmiştir. Bu gelişmelerle ilgili olarak çalışmamızda, dijital çağın bir ürünü olan blokzincir teknolojisinin toplumsal değişime yapacağı olası etkiler teknolojik determinizm yaklaşımıyla ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Tezimiz de nitel yöntem kullanılarak literatür araştırması yapılmıştır. Çalışmamız girişten sonra dört bölüm, sonuç ve öneriler bölümünden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde teknolojik gelişmelerin toplumsal değişime etkisi teknolojik determinizm çerçevesinde ele alınarak kavramsal yapı oluşturulmuştur. İkinci bölüm de araştırmanın metodolojisi ortaya koyulmuştur. Blokzincir teknolojisinin altyapısı ve uygulama alanlarını ele aldığımız üçüncü bölümde ise bu yeni teknolojinin gelecek beklentileri ve olası etkileri konu edilmiştir. Son olarak dördüncü bölümde günümüzde dünyada ve Türkiye'de mevcut kullanım örnekleri verilerek araştırmanın sonuç ve öneriler kısmı ile elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilerek öneriler sunulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractMany revolutionary developments have taken place from the past to the present that have changed the human being, and as a result, the society and public spaces. Basically, the process that started with the agricultural revolution, the invention of the printing press, the industrial revolution, and ultimately the introduction of computer and internet technologies, which are described as the digital age, has changed social structures more rapidly than ever before. In our study regarding these developments, the possible effects of blockchain technology on social change have been tried to be put forward with a technological determinism approach. In our thesis, literature research has been done by using qualitative method. Our study consists of four parts, conclusion and recommendations, after the introduction. In the first part, the conceptual structure was created by considering the effects of technological developments on social change within the framework of technological determinism. In the second part, the methodology of the research is presented. In the third part, where we discuss the infrastructure and application areas of blockchain technology, the future expectations and possible effects of this new technology are discussed. Finally, the results and findings of the research suggest giving examples of current use in the world today, in the fourth chapter and Turkey have been evaluated and recommendations are given.
