dc.description.abstractSiyaset teorisinde adalet kavramının tanımına dair geniş bir fikir birliği henüz oluşmamıştır. Adaleti doğru anlamak, özgürlükleri koruyarak kaynakların dağılımını verimli ve hakkaniyetli yapmak için adalet teorilerinin doğru konumlandırılması hayatidir. Terminolojinin doğru kullanılması demagogların politik diskurlarını önleyebileceği gibi geçmişteki piyasa müdahalelerin vahim sonuçlarını da bizlere hatırlatacaktır. Tarih içerisinde farklı yaklaşımlarla tanımlaması yapılmış olan adalet çalışma içerisinde usuli adalet ve sosyal adalet olarak ikiye ayrılarak tasniflenmiştir. Hayekçi adalet teorisi usuli adalet teorilerine dahil iken. John Rawls'ın teorisi sosyal adalet teorileri altında incelenmektedir. İki düşünürün toplum, bilgi ve ekonomi teorilerini incelemek, karşılaştırmak ve kavramsallaştırmak bu çalışmada oldukça kendilerinin adalet teorilerini kavramsallaştırmak için hayli faydalı olmuştur. Her ne kadar iki düşünür de geniş anlamda liberal düşüncenin temsilcileri olsa da kavrama politik-ekonomi açısından kökten yaklaşımlarına bakıldığına iki düşünür de dramatik farklılıklarla adalete yaklaşmaktadır. Hayek adaleti insana dair olan evrimsel süreçlerin doğal çıktısı olarak görmektedir. Diğer taraftan Rawls ise toplumun adalet ihtiyacının iyi düzenlenmiş bir toplum ile mümkün olduğunu ileri sürer ve adaletin, ahlak teorileri ile güçlendirilmiş normatif bir ilkeler paketi kullanılarak sağlanacağını düşünmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı bu iki farklı adalet teorisinin ilkelerinin ve tasarımlarının birbirlerine yaklaştığı ve uzaklaştığı noktaları anlamak için karşılaştırılmasıdır. Metnin dahilinde iki düşünürün birincil kaynaklarının yanı sıra ikincil kaynaklardan da yararlanılarak bir literatür taraması vasıtasıyla karşılaştırmalı bir çalışma yapılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThere has been no broad consensus on the concept of justice within political theory yet. Today, it is vital to correctly position the theories of justice to understand justice correctly, protect freedoms, and make the distribution of resources efficient and equitable. The correct use of terminology not only prevent demagogues using a abusive discourse but also would remind us the dire consequences of the market interventions in the past. Justice, which has been defined with different approaches throughout history, has been classified as procedural justice and social justice in the study. While Hayekian theory of justice is included in procedural justice theories, John Rawls' theory is studied under social justice theories. Examining, comparing, and conceptualizing the theories of society, knowledge and economy of the two thinkers has been very useful in this study to conceptualize their theories of justice. Although both thinkers are representatives of liberal thought in a broad sense, both thinkers approach justice with dramatic differences, considering their radical approach to the concept in terms of political economy. Hayek sees justice as the natural outcome of human evolutionary processes. On the other hand, Rawls argues that the society's need for justice is possible with a well-ordered society and thinks that justice will be achieved by using a bundle of normative principles reinforced with moral theories. The aim of this study is to compare the principles and designs of these two different theories of justice to understand the points where they converge and diverge. Within the scope of the study, a comparative study was carried out through a literature review by making use of the primary sources of the two thinkers as well as secondary sources from other writers.
