dc.description.abstractHemşirelik, bireylerin sağlığını ilk önce korumak, sonra geliştirmek, hastalık durumunda ise iyileştirmek için oluşturulan bir disiplindir. Sağlık bakım hizmeti verme isteği bu mesleğin ortaya çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Bakım, hasta veya sağlıklı insanın psikolojik ve fiziksel bütünlüğüne dikkat edilmesi, sağlık gereksinimlerinin giderilmesi için birçok desteğin sağlanması gibi çok komplike bir olaydır. Klinik uygulamada, özel alan yetki belgesine diğer bir ifadeyle sertifikaya sahip olarak hizmet vermenin, hemşirelerin iş doyumlarını arttıracağı böylece, hemşirelik mesleğinde verimliliğin, dolayısıyla hemşirelerin sunduğu sağlık hizmetinin kalitesinin artacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu noktadan hareketle; çalışma özel alan yetki belgesine sahip hemşirelerin bakım kalite algısını ve iş doyumunu saptamak amacıyla tanımlayıcı, ilişki arayıcı türde gerçekleştirildi.Çalışmanın örneklemini bir üniversite hastanesinde hizmet veren özel alan yetki belgesine sahip 130 hemşire ile özel alan yetki belgesi olmayan 170 hemşire oluşturdu. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre özel alan yetki belgesi olan hemşirelerin bakım davranışları ölçeği ile Minnesota iş doyumu ölçeği puanlarının bu belgeye sahip olmayan hemşirelerden daha yüksek olduğu görüldü. Ayrıca özel alan yetki belgesi olan hemşirelerin toplam doyum ve toplam bakım davranışları ölçeği ortalama puanları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki saptandı.
dc.description.abstractNursing is a discipline designed to protect and improve individuals' health first, and to improve them in case of illness. The desire to provide health care services has enabled this profession to emerge. It is a very complicated process, such as care fulattentionto the psychological and physicalintegrity of care, sickor healthy people, and the provision of a lot of support to address health needs. In clinical practice, it is considered that the efficiency of the nursing profession, and there fore the quality of the health care provided by the nurses, will in crease as it will in crease the jobsatisfaction of the Nurses by providing them with the certificate of the private domain authorization certificate or in other words. Move from this point; This Research was carried out in order to determine the care quality perception and job satisfaction of the Nurses with the special area authorization certificate. Thesample of thestudyconsisted of 130 nurses with a special domain authorization document serving in a University hospital and 170 nurses without special domain authorization certificates. According to there sultsobtained, it was seen that the nurses' attitude scale and the Minnesota job satisfaction scale were higher than Nurses who did not have this certificate. In addition, therewas a positive relationship bet ween the total scores of total satisfaction and total care behaviors of the Nurses with special domain authorization certificates.
