Leopold manevraları eğitiminde kullanılan öğretim yöntemlerinin ebelik öğrencilerinin memnuniyetine etkisi

| dc.description.abstract | Leopold manevraları uygulaması, ebelerin bağımsız rollerinden biridir ve anne karnında fetüsün gelişim düzeyini takip etmek için kullanılır. Çalışma leopold manevraları eğitiminde kullanılan öğretim yöntemlerinin ebelik öğrencilerinin memnuniyetine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Deneysel desenli çalışmanın evrenini ebelik birinci sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubu olarak İstanbul'da vakıf üniversitelerinde bulunan dört farklıebelikbölümü seçilmiştir. Bilgisayar tabanlı randomizasyon programı kullanılarak öğrenciler iki gruba randomize edilmiştir. Grupların birine (n=102) antenatal model üzerinde diğer gruba ise (n=103) powerpoint anlatım yöntemine dayalı leopold manevraları eğitimi verilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri, "Birey Tanıtım Formu" ve "MaggieMcvay Lynch Öğrenme Stili Envanteri" kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Eğitim sonunda öğrencilerden "Öğrenci Memnuniyeti ve Öğrenmede Kendine Güven Ölçeği" doldurmaları istenmiştir. Öğrencilerin %84.4'ü 17-20 yaş arasındadır. Powerpoint anlatım yöntemi ve antenatal model ile öğretim grupları, sosyodemografik özellikler açısından benzeridir (p>0.05). Antenatal model grubunda öğrenci memnuniyeti ve öğrenmede kendine güven puan ortalamaları powerpoint anlatım metodu kullanılan gruba nazaran istatistiksel olarak önemli seviyede yüksektir (p<0.05). Öğrenci memnuniyeti, antenatal model kullanılarak verilen leopold manevraları öğretiminde, powerpoint anlatım yöntemine dayalı gruba göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Leopold manevraları eğitimi, ebelik bölümü öğrencilerine antenatal model kullanımına dayalı öğretim metodu kullanılarak verilmelidir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The application of Leopold maneuvers is one of the independent roles of midwives and is used to monitor the development of the fetus in the womb. The study was conducted to determine the satisfaction of midwifery students who received leopold maneuvers based on simulation. Freshman of midwifery used for the study with experimental design. Four universities were selected as the sample group in Istanbul. Students were randomized into two groups using a computer-based randomization program. One of the groups (n = 102) was trained on antenatal model and the other group (n = 103) was trained on leopold maneuvers based on powerpoint expression method. The data of the study was collected using the "Individual Presentation Form" and "Maggie Mcvay Lynch Learning Style Inventory.. At the end of the training, the students were asked to complete the "Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale. 84.4% of the students are between the ages of 17-20. Teaching groups with powerpoint narrative method and Antenatal model are similar in terms of sociodemographic characteristics. (P> 0.05). In the antenatal model group, the student satisfaction and self-confidence scores in learning were statistically significantly higher than those in the powerpoint expression method (p <0.05). Student satisfaction was found to be higher in the teaching of leopold maneuvers using antenatal model compared to the group based on powerpoint expression method. | |
