dc.description.abstractUlaşım ve iletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan gelişmeler ülkeler arası seyahatleri daha kolay hale getirmiştir. Bu gelişmelere ek olarak düşük maliyetli ve kaliteli sağlık hizmeti arayışı sağlık turizmi sektörünün gelişmesinde etkili olmuştur. Sektörde yaşanan gelişmeler ile birlikte sağlık turistlerinin hastane tercihlerinin belirlenmesi de önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı da, sağlık turistlerinin hastane tercihlerini çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden AHP ve TOPSIS yöntemleri ile belirlemektir. Bu çalışma kapsamında AHP yöntemi ile sağlık turistlerinin hastane tercihlerini etkileyen kriterlerin ağırlıklandırılması, TOPSIS yöntemi ile de ideal bir hastane seçimi yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada veriler literatür taraması sonucu elde edilmiş olan anket ile toplanmıştır. Sağlık turistlerinin hastane seçiminde etkili olan kriterlerin ikili karşılaştırmalarına yönelik bu anket Saaty tarafından geliştirilen 9 ölçekli değerlendirme skalasına göre hazırlanmıştır. Sağlık turistlerinin hastane seçimine ilişkin kriterlerin değerlendirilmesi aşamasında 7 uzman görüşü alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler MSExcel programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında sağlık turistlerinin hastane tercihlerini etkileyen kriterlerin ağırlık sıralaması; kalifiye sağlık personeli, tıbbi bakım kalitesi, modern ekipman, tavsiye, uygun fiyatlı tıbbi tedavi, hastanenin imajı, akreditasyon, dil, tanıtım ve reklam, bölgesel ve kültürel yakınlık, turistik özellikler olarak saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, elde edilen kriter ağırlıkları ile TOPSIS yöntemi kullanılarak sağlık turistleri için en ideal hastane alternatifi seçilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractDevelopments in transport and communication technologies have made traveling easier between countries. In addition to the these developments, the search for low cost and high quality health services has been effective in the development of the health tourism sector. With the developments in the sector, it has gained importance to determine the hospital preferences of health tourists. The aim of this study is to determine the hospital preferences of health tourists with AHP and TOPSIS methods, which are multi criteria decision making techniques. In this study aimed to weight the criteria effecting the hospital preferences of health tourists with AHP method, and to choose an ideal hospital with the TOPSIS method. The data were collected through a questionnaire obtained as a result of the literature review. The questionnaire for the pairwise comparison of the criteria that are effective in the hospital selection of health tourists was prepared according to the 9- scale evaluation scale developed by Saaty. In this study 7 expert opinions were taken during the evaluation of the criteria for the hospital selection of health tourists. The obtained data were analyzed with MSExcel program. Within the scope of this study, the weight ranking of the criteria effecting the hospital preferences of health tourists; qualified health personnel, quality of medical care, modern equipment, advise, affordable medical treatment, image of hospital, accreditation, language, promotion and advertising, regional and cultural proximity, touristic features. As a result, the most ideal hospital alternative for health tourists was selected by using the TOPSIS method with the criteria weights obtained.
