Peer review report 2 on "Impact of frailty on outcomes in geriatric femoral neck fracture management: An analysis of national surgical quality improvement program dataset - Observational study"

This is well-written article. The topic is important. There are several factors defined for comorbidity factors in hip fracture surgery. Definition of ‘Frailty’ has not been well described in orthopaedic practise, however definition of ‘physiologic age’ is used frequently. This study would clarify this statement. The only limitation of the study is the short period of follow-up. Title OK. Abstract It is better to state the study type, retrospective/prospective? Introduction OK. Methods Did you exclude the patients who required additional surgeries other than hip for concomitant injuries?
