| dc.description.abstract | Modern örgütler için zorunluluk haline gelen değişim yönetimi için önemli araçlardan biri güncel bilgi ve beceri sahibi insan kaynaklarının yetiştirilmesini sağlayan hizmet içi eğitimlerdir. Çalışmanın amacı hizmet içi eğitimlerin değerlendirmesi amacıyla geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Çalışma verileri özel bir hastanede çalışan ve hizmet içi eğitime katılmış hastane personelinden elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada ulaşılan cevaplanma oranı %63’tür. 30 maddeden oluşan taslak ölçeğin içerik geçerliliğini sağlamak için 5 uzmana danışılmış ve uzman görüşlerine göre değişiklikler yapılarak 1 ifade ölçekten çıkarılmıştır. 29 maddeden oluşan ölçek için Oblimin rotasyon yönteminin uygulandığı açımlayıcı faktör analizi, ölçeğin toplam varyansın %63,17'sini açıklayan 18 ifade ile beş faktöre sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve gerçekleştirilen düzeltmeler sonrasında elde edilen sonuçlar, 14 ifade ve 5 faktöre sahip modelin uygunluğunu göstermiştir (GFI 0,904; CFI 0,926; RMSEA 0.069; RMR0,050; ?2/df 2,466; TLI 0,908). Ölçeğin iç tutarlılık katsayısı 0,897'dir. Çalışmada, hizmet içi eğitimlerin kapsamlı şekilde değerlendirmesinde kullanılabilecek güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçme aracı geliştirilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | One of the important tools for change management, which has become a necessity for modern organizations, is in-service training that enables the training of human resources with up-to-date knowledge and skills. The aim of the study is to develop a valid and reliable scale for the evaluation of in-service training. Study data are obtained from hospital personnel working in a private hospital and who participated in in-service training. In order to ensure the content validity of the draft scale consisting of 30 items, 5 experts are consulted and changes are made according to expert opinions and 1 statement is removed from the scale. Exploratory factor analysis using the Oblimin rotation method for the scale consisting of 29 items shows that the scale has 18 items and 5 factors explaining 63.17% of the total variance. The results obtained after confirmatory factor analysis and corrections show the suitability of the model with 14 expressions and 5 factors. (GFI 0.904; CFI 0.926; RMSEA 0.069; RMR0.050; ?2/df 2.466; TLI 0.908). The internal consistency coefficient of the scale is 0.897. In the study, a reliable and valid measurement tool is developed that can be used in the comprehensive evaluation of in-service training. | |
