Septorinoplasti sonrası tek taraflı hipoglossal sinir felci: Olgu sunumu

Septorinoplasti sonrası hipoglossal sinir felci nadir bir komplikasyondur. Bu makalede septorinoplasti ameliyatı sonrasında tek taraflı geçici hipoglossal sinir felci gelişen bir olguyu sunduk. Bu olguda hipoglossal sinir felcine yol açabilecek bir patoloji bulunamadı ve bu durumun transoral entübasyon sonrası trakeal tüpün veya kafının hipo glossal sinirin geçtiği bir alanda bası yapmış olmasına bağlı olabileceği düşünüldü.

Hypoglossal nerve palsy following septorinoplasty is a rare complication. We presented a case of temporary unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy after septorinoplasty operation. Examinations carried on this case didn't show any path ology that can be cause of the hypoglossal nevre palsy and it has just been thought that this situation might be due to press on a localized area where the hypoglossal nerve lined.
