dc.description.abstractİnsanlık varoluşundan beri adil bir birlikte yaşam sürdürmenin peşinde olmuş ve hakkaniyet çerçevesinde yaşamayı arzu etmiştir. Dolayısıyla en eski çağlardan beri adalet kavramının tanımı ve adil bir sistemin tesisi üzerine çeşitli tartışmalar ve araştırmalar süre gelmiştir. Adaletin ne olduğunun anlaşılması için öncelikli olarak etimolojik geçmişini ve tarihsel süreçteki gelişimini irdelemek kuşkusuz önemlidir. Bu süreçte çeşitli düşünürlerin öncülüğünde adaletin kavramsallaştırılma süreci de kapsamlı olarak ele alınmalıdır. Bahsedilen düşünürler arasında Hayek'in konumunun adalet mevzu bahis olduğunda kapsamlı bir şekilde ele alınması gerekliliği tartışılmaz bir gerçektir. Bu minvalde bu çalışma adalet konusunda Hayek'in yaklaşımını irdeleyerek Hayek'in sosyal adalet anlayışına yönelik eleştirisine ışık tutma amacındadır. Bu maksatla Hayek'in adalet çözümlemesi incelenmiş ve sosyal adalet eleştirisi detaylı olarak ele alınmıştır.
dc.description.abstractSince its existence, humanity has sought a just order and desired to live within the framework of equity. Therefore, there have been various discussions and inquiries on the definition of the concept of justice and the establishment of a just system since ancient times. So as to understand what justice is, it is undoubtedly important to examine its etymological background and its development in the historical process. In this process, under the leadership of various thinkers, the conceptualisation process of justice should be handled comprehensively. Among the aforementioned thinkers, it is an indisputable fact that Hayek's position should be addressed comprehensively when the issue of justice is in question. In this respect, this study aims to shed light on Hayek's criticism of social justice by examining Hayek's approach to justice. For this purpose, Hayek's analysis of justice has been examined and his criticism of social justice has been discussed in some detail.
