| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmamızın amacı sağlıklı gelişen anaokulu çocuklarında bilişsel ve fiziksel aktivitelerin duyusal işlemleme ve emosyonel cevaplar üzerine etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmaya 3-4 yaş arası sağlıklı gelişen 60 çocuk dahil edildi. 1 çocuk kişisel sebeple çalışmadan ayrıldı. Çocuklara 12 hafta boyunca, fizyoterapist tarafından, 5'erli gruplara bölünerek, haftada 1 defa ve 45 dakika olmak üzere fiziksel ve bilişsel aktivite içeren oyunlar oynatıldı. Değerlendirmeler oyun programı öncesi ve sonrasında uygulandı. Emosyonel duygu – durum değişim kontrolünü saptayabilmek için Fonksiyonel Emosyonel Değerlendirme Skalası uygulandı. Duyusal sistemin her bir bölümündeki değişimleri saptayabilmek için Kısa Duyusal Profil kullanıldı. Çocukların duyusal ve motor fonksiyonları hakkında detaylı bilgiye sahip olabilmek için ebeveynler tarafından Okul Öncesi Çocuklarda Duyu ve Motor Fonksiyon Anketi uygulandı. İstatistiksel analizler sonucunda duyusal işlemleme ve emosyonel cevaplar üzerine anlamlı gelişmeler bulundu. (p<0,05). Çalışmanın sonunda, bilişsel yüklü fiziksel aktivitenin çocuğun sahip olduğu duyusal sistem üzerinde nasıl etkili olduğunu ve bu süre boyunca çocuğun verdiği emosyonel cevapları nasıl etkilediğinin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Fizyoterapist eşliğinde verilen bilişsel ve fiziksel aktivitelerin çocukların sinir sistemi üzerinde nasıl etkili olduğunun önemi ortaya çıkmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of cognitive and physical activities on sensory processing and emotional responses in healthy kindergarten children. Sixty healthy children aged 2-5 years were included in the study. 1 child left the study with personal reason. For 12 weeks, the children were given physical and cognitive activities by the physiotherapist, divided into groups of 5, once weekly for the duration of 45 minutes. Evaluations were performed before and after the game orientated program. A functional emotional evaluation scale was applied to determine emotion – state change control. A short sensory profile was used to detect changes in each part of the sensory system. In order to have detailed information about sensory and motor functions of the children, a questionnaire was applied to the sensory and motor functions of preschool children. As a result of statistical analysis, significant improvement were found on sensory processing and emotional responses. (p <0.05) At the end of the study, it was emphasised how cognitive loaded physical activity affects the sensory system of the child and how it affects the emotional responses of the child during this period. The importance of the cognitive and physical activities given by the physiotherapist on the nervous system of children has emerged. | |
