dc.description.abstractKemoterapi ilişkili periferik nöropati (KİPN), nörotoksik kemoterapötik ajanların uygulanmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Bu nöropatik ağrılar hastaların yaşam kalitesini, uyku düzenini, sosyal hayatını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Kemoterapi sırasında en fazla göz ardı edilen sorunların periferik nöropati ile ilişkili semptomlar olduğu belirtilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, kemoterapi ilişkili nöropati hastalarında geleneksel ve tamamlayıcı tıp (GETAT) yöntemi olan biyorezonans terapinin etkinliği araştırıldı. Biyorezonans terapi sistematiği kapsamında kanın spin durumu ve elektromanyetik yüklenme açısından hastalar değerlendirildi ve tedavileri programlandı. Daha sonra sırasıyla şok, skarlar, çene blokajı, lateralite, omur blokajı, immun sistem blokajları, detoks organ blokajları test edilerek terapi programları düzenlendi. Terapi programları oluşturulurken biyotenzör test tekniği kullanıldı. Olguların tedavi öncesi, 12.hafta ve tedavi sonrası ortalama LANSS, GAS, KF-36, Beck depresyon ve Pittsburgh uyku kalite skorlarında anlamlı iyileşmeler tespit edildi (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak, bu pilot çalışmada olumlu klinik bulgular olsa da, -ciddi limitasyonlar nedeni ile- biyorezonans terapinin, kemoterapi ile ilişkili periferik nöropati hastalarında alternatif bir tedavi yöntemi olarak düşünülebilmesi için daha çok sayıda hasta ile ileri çalışmalar yapılması gerektiği kanaatindeyiz.
dc.description.abstractChemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) results from the administration of neurotoxic chemotherapeutic agents. These neuropathic pains negatively affect the quality of life, sleep patterns and social life of the patients. It is well-reported that the most overlooked problems during chemotherapy are symptoms associated with peripheral neuropathy. In this study, the efficacy of traditional and complementary medicine bioresonance therapy was investigated in patients with chemotherapy-induced neuropathy. The patients were evaluated in terms of the blod spin status and electromagnetic charge within the scope of bioresonance therapy systematic and their treatments were programmed. Then, shock, scars, jaw blockage, laterality, vertebral blockage, immune system blockages, detox organ blockages were tested and therapy programs were organized. Biotensor test technique was used to build therapy programs. Mean LANSS, GAS, KF-36, Beck depression and Pittsburgh sleep quality scores were significantly improved before, 12th week and after treatment (p<0.05). In conclusion, bioresonance therapy should not be considered as an alternative treatment for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy patients -due to our study limitations - further studies are needed.
