dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, sıkça kullanılan soğuk kan kardiyoplejisi ile tek doz kardiyopleji çeşitlerinden olan del Nido kardiyopleji solüsyonlarının sistemik etkilerinin retrospektif olarak karşılaştırılmasıdır. Çalışmaya İskenderun Devlet hastanesinin kalp damar cerrahisi bölümünde açık kalp ameliyatı olan 30 hasta dahil edilmiştir. Çalışma için Medipol Üniversitesi Etik Kurulu (Tarih: 27.11.2020, Sayı: 10840098-772.02-E.62968)'ndan izin alındı. Çalışmada hastalar soğuk kan kardiyoplejisi ve tek doz del Nido kardiyopleji solüsyonu kullanılan her gruptan 15 hasta randomize olarak iki gruba ayrıldı. Hastalara ait dosyalardan sosyodemografik özellikler, ejeksiyon fraksiyonu, kros klemp süresi, toplam baypas süresi, preoperatif ve ekstrakorporeal dolaşım öncesi, kros klemp sonrası ve postoperatif 1. Güne ait kan örnekleri (PH, pCO?, pO?, HCT, K?, Na?, C?, Glukoz, Laktat, Baz açığı, Üre, Kreatinin, AST, ALT), idrar miktarı; preoperatif, pompaya giriş, pompadan çıkış, operasyon sonu, postoperatif 1. güne ait Kreatinin ve üre değerleri alındı. Veriler SPSS 24.0 programı ile analiz edildi. Verilerin normallik testi yapıldı ve normal dağılım göstermedikleri saptandı. Bu nedenle veriler parametrik olmayan testler ile analiz edildi. Tanımlayıcı özellikler sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma şeklinde gösterildi. Grupların karşılaştırılmasında; kategorik değişkenler Ki-Kare testi, nicel veriler Mann-Whitney U testi ile analiz edildi. Tüm analizlerde p<0,05 anlamlı kabul edildi. Çalışmadaki tüm bulgularda gruplar arasında anlamlı fark bulunmadı. Çalışma sonucunda; del Nido kardiyoplejik solüsyonu ve kan kardiyopleji solüsyonunun benzer özellikler gösterdiği ve birbirlerine üstünlüğünün bu çalışma bakımından kanıtlanamadığı saptandı.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to retrospectively compare the systemic effects of cold blood cardioplegia and del Nido cardioplegia solutions, which are one of the single dose cardioplegia types. Thirty patients who had open heart surgery in the cardiovascular surgery department of Iskenderun State Hospital were included in the study. Permission for the study was obtained from Medipol University Ethics Committee (Date: 27.11.2020, Number: 10840098-772.02-E.62968). In the study, patients were randomly divided into two groups, 15 patients from each group using cold blood cardioplegia and a single dose of del Nido cardioplegia solution. SociodemograpHic characteristics, Ejection fraction, Kros-clamp time, total bypass time, preoperative and extracorporeal circulation, post-kros-clamp and postoperative 1st day blood samples from the files of the patients (PH, pCO?, pO?, HCT, K?, Na?, C?, Glucose), Lactate, Base deficit, Urea, Creatinine, AST, ALT), amount of urine; Creatinine and urea values were obtained preoperatively, entering the pump, exiting the pump, end of the operation, and postoperative 1st day. Data were analyzed with SPSS 24.0 program. The data were tested for normality and it was found that they did not show normal distribution. Therefore, the data were analyzed with non-parametric tests. Descriptive features were presented as numbers, percentages, mean, and standard deviation. When comparing the groups; categorical variables were analyzed with the Chi-Square test, and quantitative data were analyzed with the Mann-Whitney U test. P<0.05 was considered significant in all analyses. There was no significant difference between the groups in all findings in the study. In the results of working; It was determined that del Nido cardioplegic solution and blood cardioplegia solution showed similar properties and their superiority to each other could not be proven in this study.
