Özet

A variety of techniques may be used for postoperative pain management following upper extremity surgery. Among these, interscalene, axillary, infraclavicular, and supraclavicular blocks may be applied as the primary intraoperative anesthetic or combined with general anesthesia for postoperative pain control. Another alternative is erector spinae block (ESPB), especially for chronic shoulder pain and postoperative analgesia after shoulder surgeries.
