dc.description.abstractCisplatin is an antitumor drug widely used in the treatmentof many malignant tumors. And also some studies show thatmelatonin and curcumin have antitumor activity via several mech-anisms including theirs in addition to theirs potent antioxidantactions. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of cur-cumin and melatonin on the cytotoxicity induced by cisplatin inthe human breast cancer cell line (MCF-7).
