Öğe Development of wind energy in the agricultural sector of Iran and investment priorities of the decision maker groups using artificial intelligence-based quantum hybrid picture fuzzy rough modelling(2024) Dinçer, Hasan; Yüksel, Serhat; Abadi, Bijan; Taşkan, Büşra; Karatop, BuketThe main purpose of this study is to make evaluations for the indicators of wind energy investments in Iranian agricultural sector. For this purpose, a novel model is constructed that has three different stages. Firstly, expert choices are prioritized with artificial intelligence-based decision-making model. Secondly, performance indicators of the wind energy projects in the agricultural industry are weighted via quantum picture fuzzy rough sets-based M-SWARA. Thirdly, investment priority alternatives are ranked by considering the quantum picture fuzzy rough sets based VIKOR technique. The main contribution of this study is that artificial intelligence methodology is integrated with the fuzzy decision-making analysis. With the help of this analysis, experts can be prioritized according to their qualifications. According to the weighting results, it is identified that regulations play a crucial role for each group. On the other side, the ranking results indicate that storage solutions play the most crucial role for the improvements of the wind energy projects for Iranian agriculture industry.Öğe Relationship and impact of the value creation model on fintech and digital bank collaborations in indonesia(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc., 2023) Rahadian, Dadan; Suriman; Krisnawati, Astrie; Dinçer, HasanFintech has experienced rapid growth and has the potential to revolutionize the financial services industry. In this investigation, PLS-SEM is used to test the hypothesis. According to the findings of this study, New Customer Base and New Customer Value are crucial components of the Co-Innovation platform for creating shared value that influences company development via radical and incremental innovation. This study concludes that the Open Finance System can be a form of collaboration between Fintech and Banking that creates added value for both parties and impacts firm development.Öğe Financial sector-based analysis of the G20 economies using the integrated decision-making approach with DEMATEL and TOPSIS(Springer International Publishing AG, 2018) Dinçer, Hasan; Yüksel, SerhatThis study aims to evaluate the performance of G20 economies. For this purpose, financial sector-based factors are taken into the consideration. Within this framework, 9 different indicators are identified. In addition to this aspect, with the help of TOPSIS methodology, it is identified that Italy has the best performance while Argentina is on the last rank. While considering these aspects, it is recommended that G20 countries should focus on the significant criteria emphasized in the study in order to increase their performance.Öğe Evaluation of brand equity using balanced scorecard: Evidence from privatized Turkish firms(Future Academy Ltd, 2017) Dinçer, Hasan; Bozaykut Bük, TubaRecent studies generally approach brand equity from a consumer oriented paradigm. Based on previous researches, the aim of this paper is to evaluate brand equity by a multidimensional perspective based on balanced scorecard approach. Besides consumer based aspect; financial, organizational, competition dimensions of brand equity are evaluated within a sample of privatized firms listed in Borsa Istanbul. For measuring brand equity, the study offers an original methodology of a hybrid multi-criteria decision making model designed for fuzzy environment. Thereby, the brand equity performances of the selected privatized firms are analyzed by using Fuzzy DEMATEL and Fuzzy VIKOR methods. The results of the analyses present that consumer based dimension is the most influential determinant of brand equity performance. Likewise, financial based dimension is found out to have effects on other brand equity dimensions. Finally, the study findings prove that firms privatized with a high-public-offering-share have the best brand equity performance compared to others.
