dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for the majority of lung cancer and in the absence of driver mutation preferred treatment is incorporation of immunotherapy.But for patients treated with chemotherapy alone,in second line setting atezolizumab or nivolumab are appropriate option regardless of PD -L1 expression.Herein we aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of immunotherapy for the second and later line settings in metastatic NSCLC.
