dc.description.abstractThis chapter aims to analyze the studies on diversity and inclusion (D&I) within the context of supply chain teams. As organizations strive to adapt to an ever evolving and interconnected market, the composition and dynamics of supply chain teams have become critical components for sustainable growth and competitive advantage. This literature review seeks to unravel the multifaceted implications of diversity and inclusion within supply chain teams, examining the existing body of knowledge on how diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences contribute to improved problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability. By exploring the nuances of diversity management, organizational culture, and the intersectionality of identities within supply chain contexts, this review aims to provide valuable insights for practitioners, researchers, and policymakers alike.
