Özet
Purpose: Stereotactic radiosurgery for spine metastases involves irradiation using a single high dose fraction. The purpose of this study was to dosimetrically compare stereotactic spine radiosurgery(SRS) plans using a recently new volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMAT) technique against fix?field intensity?modulated radiotherapy(IMRT). Plans were evaluated for target conformity and spinal cord sparing.
