| dc.description.abstract | Sağlık sektörü içerisinde yer alan kurumların ortak amaçlarından birisi de sağlık hizmeti sunumunun kesintisiz, kaliteli ve verimli bir şekilde gerçekleştirmektir. Bu doğrultuda istenilen sağlık hizmetini sunmak için hasta memnuniyetinin arttırılması hedeflerden bir tanesidir. Şirketler kar elde etmenin yanı sıra hasta memnuniyetini sağlamak için hasta istek ve beklentilerini karşılamaları gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, özel bir üniversite hastanesinin fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon ünitesinin pandemi dönemindeki mevcut durumunu analiz ederek, mevcut kısıtlar altında en uygun kaynak planlamasının yapılması ve buna bağlı olarak verimlilik ve hizmet kalitesinde ilerlemeye olanak sağlanmasıdır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda hastaneye ayaktan hizmet almak üzere fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon polikliniğine başvuran hastanın hastaneye ilk girişinden tedavi sonrası çıkış anında uğurlanmasına kadar olan süreç ele alınarak simüle edilmiştir. Daha sonra uzman görüşleri alınarak çeşitli senaryolar oluşturulmuştur ve bu senaryolar koşturularak sistemin reaksiyonu ölçülmüştür. Simülasyon modelinin oluşturulabilmesi için hastanenin fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon alanın iş akışı detaylı bir biçimde incelenmiş, süreç şemaları oluşturulmuş, tüm sürelerin zaman analizleri yapılmış, hastane veri tabanı sisteminden gereken veriler alınmış ve model bir ayrık olay simülasyonu programına aktarılarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular hastane yönetimi ile paylaşılarak kaynak kullanımının verimli bir hale getirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The common purpose of all health institutions is to provide uninterrupted, high quality and efficient healthcare services. In this direction, increasing patient satisfaction is one of the goals in order to provide the desired health service. Companies must meet patient's requests and expectations to ensure patient satisfaction as well as profit.The aim of this study is to analyze the current situation of the physical therapy and rehabilitation unit of a private university hospital during the pandemic period, to make the correct resource planning and accordingly to enable improvement in efficiency and service quality. For this purpose, the process from the first entrance to the hospital to the moment of discharge after the treatment of patients who applied to the physical therapy and rehabilitation outpatient clinic to receive outpatient services was analyzed and simulated. Then, scenarios were created by taking expert opinions. The reaction of the system was measured with these scenarios. The work flow chart of the physical therapy and rehabilitation field was drawn and the area was analyzed using the simulation method. In order to create a simulation model, the physics and rehabilitation workflows of the hospital were examined in detail, process charts were created, time analysis of all periods were made, and the necessary data were obtained from the hospital database system. The model has been analyzed with a simulation program. By making use of the findings obtained, it is aimed to make efficient use of resources. | |
