| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, sağlık sistemlerinin dayandığı kaynağın daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için öncelikle sağlık hakkı incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın devamında, sağlık sistemlerini sınıflandırılması üzerinden OECD'nin seçili ülkeleri ve Türkiye'nin sağlık sistemleri irdelenmiştir. İncelenen ülkelerin seçiminde, sağlık sistemlerinin sınıflandırıldığı temel modeller üzerinden bir tercih yapılmıştır. Türkiye sağlık sistemi ise kanuni düzenlemeler çerçevesinde detaylarıyla açıklanmıştır. | en_US |

As part of the study, health care systems of selected countries from the OECD and Turkey were examined through the classification of healthcare systems. These countries were selected based on basic models by which health care systems are classified.
