To the editor, We read the article by Deb et al. entitled “Positive QRS complex in limb lead 2 with negative QRS in lead 3 on the surface electrocardiogram (ECG): A novel predictor for the anterior location of right-sided accessory pathways (APs)”1 with its editorial comment,2 and Mr. Sharath Kumar's letter to the editor3 with great interest. We want to address some points that merit more attention.
