Transkraniyal doğru akım (tDCS) uygulamasının son dönemlerde sağlıklı bireylerde de bilişsel fonksiyon, duygu durum, denge gibi fonksiyonları geliştirmek için kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı farklı korteks bölgelerine uygulanan tDCS' in bilişsel fonksiyon, duygu durum, propriosepsiyona etkisini incelemektir. Çalışmaya 18 – 30 yaşları arasında 60 sağlıklı birey dahil edildi. Katılımcılar randomize olarak sol dorsolateral prefrontal korteks (Grup 1) (n=20), sağ posterior parietal korteks (Grup 2) (n=20), sham grubuna (Grup 3) (n=20) ayrıldı. tDCS 2 hafta boyunca hafta içi günlerde 20 dakika uygulandı. Katılımcılar tedavi öncesi ve sonrasında kognitif fonksiyon, duygu durumu, propriosepsiyon açısından değerlendirildi. Katılımcıların kognitif fonksiyonları Nöropsikometrik Test Bataryası ile, duygu durumları Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ) ile, propriosepsiyonları Blind Stork Test (BST) ile değerlendirildi. İstatistiksel analiz için "SPSS for Windows 22.0" kullanıldı. Tüm analizlerde p<0,05 değeri istatistiksel olarak anlamlı kabul edildi. Grup 1' de kişisel aktüel bilgiler, dikkat, soyut düşünme, dil, vizyospasyal işlevler, yürütücü işlevler, kısa/uzun süreli bellek, BDÖ ve sağ BST skorlarında anlamlı fark bulundu. Grup 2' de dikkat, kısa/uzun süreli bellek, dil, vizyospasyal işlevler, yürütücü işlevler, BDÖ skorlarında anlamlı iyileşme bulundu. Grup 3' te dikkat, kısa/uzun süreli bellek, dil, vizyospasyal işlevler, yürütücü işlevler ve BDÖ skorlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı gelişme bulundu. Gruplar arası değerlendirmede meyve-isim akıcılığı, boston kendiliğinden adlandırma skorları Grup 1; görsel anlık bellek, şekil kopyalama, sağ BST skorları Grup 2 lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu (p≤0.05). Sonuçta sol DLPFC ve sağ PPC' e uygulanan tDCS' in bilişsel fonksiyon, duygu durum, propriosepsiyon duyusuna olumlu etkileri olduğu görüldü. Transcranial direct current (tDCS) application has been used recently to improve functions such as cognitive function, mood, balance in healthy individuals. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of tDCS applied to different cortex regions on cognitive function, mood, proprioception. 60 healthy individuals aged 18-30 years were included in the study. The participants were randomly divided into the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) (Group 1) (n = 20), the right posterior parietal cortex (PPC) (Group 2) (n = 20), and the sham group (Group 3) (n = 20). tDCS was administered for 20 minutes on weekdays for 2 weeks. The participants were evaluated in terms of cognitive function, mood, and proprioception before and after treatment. The cognitive functions were evaluated with Neuropsychometric Test Battery, mood state was evaluated with Beck Depression Scale (BDI), and proprioception was evaluated with Blind Stork Test (BST). "SPSS for Windows 22.0" was used for statistical analysis. In all analyzes, p <0.05 value was considered statistically significant. In Group 1, there was a significant difference in personal actual information, attention, abstract thinking, language, visuospatial functions, executive functions, short / long term memory, BDI and right BST scores. In Group 2, significant improvement was found in attention, short / long-term memory, language, visuospatial functions, executive functions, BDI scores. In Group 3, statistically significant improvement was found in attention, short / long-term memory, language, visuospatial functions, executive functions and BDI scores. The significant difference was found on fruit-name fluency, Boston self-naming scores in favor of Group 1; was found on visual instantaneous memory, shape copying, right BST scores in favor of Group 2 (p≤0.05). In conclusion, tDCS applied to left DLPFC and right PPC was found to be effective on cognitive function, mood, proprioception.
