Postpartum dönem ebelik bakımı bilgi düzeylerinin ve uygulamalarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Postpartum dönemde verilen ebelik bakımındaki amaç, anne ve bebeğinin fiziksel bakımlarını sağlamak, riskli durumları erkenden fark etmek, önlemek ve aile fertlerinin bu yeni duruma uyum sağlamalarına yönelik yardım etmektir. Postpartum bakımın kalitesi artması annelerin doğum sonu yaşam kalitesini arttırmaktadır. Bu dönemin yönetilmesinde önemli görevleri olan ebelerin, postpartum dönem ebelik bakımı ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin ve uygulamalarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmanın türü tanımlayıcıdır. Araştırma verileri, 26 Şubat 2022 – 15 Nisan 2022 tarihleri arasında bir kamu hastanesinin sadece kadın doğum hizmeti verilen ünitelerde çalışan ebelerden toplanmıştır. Hastanede çalışan toplam 332 ebe çalışmanın evrenin oluşturmuş, örneklem seçimine gidilmemiş, araştırma katılmaya gönüllü olan 214 ebe örnekleme alınmıştır. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlamış olan Tanımlayıcı Özellikler Formu ve Ebelik Uygulamalarına İlişkin Veri Formu ile ve Postpartum Dönem Ebelik Bakımı Bilgi Testi ile toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 22.0 istatistik programı aracılığıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre; araştırmaya katılan ebelerin %71,7'si 22-26 yaş arasında olup, %92,5 lisans mezunudur. Ebelerin %80,2 gibi büyük bir oranının mesleki tecrübesi 1-4 yıl arasındadır. Postpartum dönem ebelik bakımına ilişkin bilginin sorgulandığı bilgi testi genel puanlarının 26,594±3,352 oranında yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Buna karşın postpartum dönem müdahale becerilerinde kendilerini değerlendirmeleri düşük bulunmuştur. Beceri konusunda düşük değerlendirme yapanların bilgi testi puanlarının da düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Büyük çoğunluğu genç ebelerden oluşan örneklem grubunun bilgi puanlarının yüksek olması, üniversiteden ve hizmet içi eğitimlerden alınan bilgilerin unutulmamış olduğu şeklinde yorumlanabilir. Buna karşın, sürekli postpartum takibi yapılan bir hastanede ebelerin beceri değerlendirmelerinin düşük olmasının nedenlerine bakılmalıdır.

The purpose of midwifery, which is given during the postpartum period, is to control the care of the mother and education, in this case, it is noticeable, and appropriate and family members help according to the new situation. In postpartum terminology, the final healing of mothers increases. Among these midwives, those who will come are about these items about the information education and applications about the midwifery student. Research data were collected from midwives working in the gynecological units of a public hospital between February 26, 2022 and April 15, 2022. A total of 332 midwives working in the hospital were not selected as a sample, and 214 midwives who did not participate were included in the sample. Data were collected with the Descriptive Characteristics Form and the Data Form on Midwifery Practices prepared by the researcher, and the Postpartum Midwifery Care Knowledge Test. The data were evaluated by the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. According to the results of the study; 71.7% of mothers are between the ages of 22-26 and 92.5% are graduates. Midwives,2 at the end of 80 1-4 years of vocational training. The knowledge test in which midwifery general scores in the postpartum period are questioned seems to be 26.59 high. Evaluations in the postpartum period after the night cannot be considered. As always, the knowledge points of those who ee about it. The fact that the knowledge scores in the sample group consisting of older students are high can be interpreted as the forgetfulness of the university and in-service trainings. Compensation for this, a training from postpartum training should be looked at the reasons for the low evaluations of the midwives.
