dc.description.abstract | Carbon emissions seriously harm the environment. Countries have started to take different actions to solve this problem. Green HRM is one of the measures to be taken to solve this problem. For environmentally friendly energy consumption, the quality of the personnel working in the enterprises is also important. The solution of the carbon emission problem will be easier if the environmental awareness of the employees is high. In this context, businesses should pay attention to these issues in the recruitment process. In other words, candidates with a high level of this awareness should be preferred. On the other hand, necessary training on environmental issues should be given to the personnel currently working in the enterprises. In this way, it will be much easier to save energy. This will contribute to environmentally friendly energy consumption. | en_US |
