Purpose/Objective: Many patients with lung cancer have tumor changes like shrinkage, improvement in atelectasis or mediastinal replacement during radiotherapy. The aim of this study was to determine the dosimetric effects of repeated CT scanning and adaptive planning during intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) on both normal tissues and target volumes.
