Devletin mirasçılığı

Abstract

Bu çalışmamız İstanbul Medipol Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünde Yüksek Lisans tezi olarak hazırlanmıştır. Üzerinde çalıştığımız tezin konusu ''Devletin Mirasçılığı'' dır. Tez çalışmamızda Türk Medeni Kanunu etrafında hareket ederek sadece devletin mirasçılığını inceledik. Çalışmamızın ilk bölümünde Türk Hukuku'nda mirasçılıktan bahsederek sonrasında devletin mirasçılığını ele aldık. Son olarak da devletin mirasçılık sıfatını kaybetmesine ilişkin açıklamalar yaptık.

This thesis statement is prepared for the master thesis in the Istanbul Medipol University, Social Sciences Institute. The subject of the thesis we are working on is "Heirship of State's." In our thesis study, we moved around the Turkish Civil Code and examined only the heirship of the state. In the first part of our study, we talked about heirship in Turkish Law. Then we talked about the heirship of state. Finally, we made statements regarding the state losing its title of inheritance.
