Olağanüstü durumlarda hastane yönetimi

Abstract

Günümüzde hemen her gün dünyanın birçok yerinde afetler meydana gelmektedir. Deprem gibi büyük etkisi olan afetler çok sık şekilde yaşanmadığı için afetlere karşı ne derece hazır olduğumuz göz ardı edilen bir konudur. Afetlerle mücadele etmenin en etkili yolunun, afet yaşanmadan önce tedbirleri alma olduğu ve bu tedbirlerin afet sonrasında toplumun kayıplarını azaltacağı görülmüştür. Afetlerde sağlık hizmetlerinin en büyük grubunu oluşturan sağlık personelinin, afete hazır olma durumları, afet yönetimine katılımlarındaki etkin rolü toplumun sağlık ve refahının sürmesi için vereceği bakım ile toplumun en önemli kaynaklarındandır. Araştırmamızda sağlık personelinin acil ve olağanüstü durumlara karşı hastanenin hazırlık seviyesine ilişkin bilgi sahibi olma durumlarının ve kendilerinin hazır olma durumlarının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmamızda Medipol Üniversite Hastanesinde çalışan 300 sağlık personeline ulaşılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak tanıtıcı özellikleri içeren anket formu, hastane afet ve acil durumlara hazırlık anket formu ve hastane çalışanı afet ve acil durumlara hazırlık anket formu kullanılmıştır. Sağlık çalışanları değerlendirmelerine göre hastanenin afet ve acil durumlara hazırlık durumu puan ortalaması 65.85±23.99; hastane çalışanlarının afet ve acil durumlara hazırlık puan ortalaması 52.07±29.10 olarak saptanmıştır.

Like earthquake, disasters with great impact not very often ocur, so againist disasters to what extent we are ready is an neglected issue. Fighting disasters the most effective way of before disaster occurs measures are taking and these measures after the disaster loss of society has been shown to reduce. Disasters health services the largest group of medical staff, disaster preparedness situations, participation in disaster management their active role, community health and for the welfare to continue with care one of the most important sources of society. Our reserach intend to medical staff's against emergency and emergency situations hospital preparation status level knowledge and their preparation status. At Our work it has been achieved 300 person who working Medipol university hospital. We used as data collection tool for including introducing properties on survey form, hospital against emergency and emergency situations scale and medical staff against emegency and emergency situations scale.
