In addition to being one of the most substantial tools for the use of human language, the voice becomes more critical for some people as a prerequisite for their professions. In this context, people who use the voice as a professional necessity beyond the purpose of daily communication are called Professional Voice Users. Voice care is essential for everyone, but it is even more critical for professionals who are adversely affected to perform his/her profession when his/her voice loses the quality and durability. The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of voice therapy in non-pathological professional voice users. A total of 20 participants participated in the study, including 10 experimental group and 10 control group participants. During the therapy process, 1 person from each group left the study for personal reasons and the study was completed with a total of 18 people. Vocal Hygiene Therapy, voice physiology, larynx / pharynx anatomy, breathing and posture training, Vocal Function Exercises and Resonant Therapy were applied to the experimental group for a total of 10 weeks, then two follow-up sessions were conducted with 15-day intervals. In the evaluation sessions, / s / and / z / phonation times, S / Z ratio, maximum phonation time, fundamental frequency, jitter, shimmer, noise-harmonic ratio and vocal handicap index variables were examined. The results obtained were evaluated statistically. According to the results, there was a significant difference between vocal handicap index variables (p <0.05); however, no significant difference was found between the values of the control group. Based on the findings, it was concluded that voice therapy was not effective in non-pathological professional voice users.en_US
