Özel gereksinimli çocuğa sahip bel ağrısı olan annelerde dans terapinin ağrı ve fonksiyonel parametrelere etkinliğinin araştırılması

Abstract

Çalışmamızın amacı, özel gereksinimli çocuğa sahip bel ağrısı olan annelerde dans terapinin ağrı ve fonksiyonel paremetrelere olan etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya dahil edilen 40 hasta grup I (Dans terapi) ve grup II (Terapötik egzersizler) şeklinde iki gruba randomize edildi. Her iki gruptaki hastalara haftada 3 kez, toplam 12 hafta boyunca belirtilen terapiler uygulandı. Hastaların ağrı durumu "Visual Analog Skala (VAS)", "Kısa Form-36 (SF-36)", fonksiyonel durumu "Oswestry", fiziksel aktivite düzeyleri "Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi (IPAQ)", günlük yaşam aktiviteleri "Kısa Form (SF-36)", stres düzeyleri "Aile Stresini Değerlendirme Ölçeği (ASDÖ)", biyomekaniksel olarak meydana gelen risk faktörleri "Ergonomik Risk Faktörlerinin Değerlendirilmesi" testleri uygulanarak değerlendirildi. Değerlendirmeler tedavi öncesi ve sonrası yapıldı. Tedavi sonrası her iki grupta VAS, Oswestry, Ergonomik Risk Faktörleri Değerlendirmesi, ASDÖ'nün işlevsel yetersizik ve karamsarlık değişkenleri ile SF-36'nın ağrı, canlılık ve emosyonel fonksiyon rol kısıtlılığı alt parametrelerine ait skorlarda anlamlı farklılık saptandı (p<0.05). Grup I ile Grup II karşılaştırıldığında ağrı, VKİ, fiziksel rol kısıtlılığı, karamsarlık ve işlevsel yetersizlikte azalma; fonksiyonel durum, fiziksel fonksiyon, emosyonel fonksiyon, vücut farkındalığı, stresle baş etme durumu ve fiziksel aktivitede artış tespit edildi (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak dans terapinin bel ağrısında alternatif bir tedavi olabileceği söylenebilir.

The aim of our study was to investigate the effect of dance therapy on pain and functional parameters of mothers with special needs children with back pain. The 40 patients included in the study were randomized into two groups as group I (dance with music therapy) and group II (therapeutic exercises). The cases in both groups continued for a total of 12 weeks 3 times a week. In our study, the pain status of the cases was assessed using the "Visual Analog Scale (VAS)", "Short Form-36 (SF-36)", the functional status of "Oswestry", the physical activity levels of the "International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ)'ı ", stress levels were assessed by using the "Family Stress Assessment Scale (FSAS)", biomechanically assessing risk factors using the "Ergonomic Risk Factor Assessment" tests. The evaluations were made before and after treatment in both groups. Significant differences were found in the scores of VAS, Oswestry, Ergonomic Risk Factor Assessment, FSAS functional subscale scores of paternity and pessimism and SF6 pain, vitality and role of emotional function restriction (p <0.05). According to Group I and Group II, superior results were obtained in terms of pain, BMI, physical role limitation, diminished pessimism and functional disability, functional status, physical function, emotional function, body awareness, coping with stress and increasing physical activity (p <0.05). It can be said that dance therapy may be an alternative treatment for low back pain.
