PT benchmark anketinin Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin araştırılması

Abstract

Sağlık hizmetleri süreçlerinde önemli etkileri bulunan hasta ve sağlık personeli etkileşimi, hasta ve yakınlarının memnuniyetinde en önemli rolü oynamaktadır. Hasta ile fizyoterapi rehabilitasyon profesyoneli arasındaki iletişimin durumu da hastanın tatminini ve hizmet kalitesini belirlemektedir.Bu çalışmadaki hedef PT Benchmark ölçeğinin özel eğitim alan kişilerin bakımlarında rol oynayan yakınlarında geçerlik ve güvenilirlik araştırmasını yaparak ölçekten klinik değerlendirme aracı olarak yararlanılmasını sağlamaktadır. Çalışmamız kapsamında kullanılan PT Benchmark Ölçeği özellikle kendileri ile kayıt aşamasında ilgilenen bireylerin yaklaşımını, bekleme salonunu, fizyoterapistin yaklaşımını ve genel olarak fizyoterapi hizmeti ile gelecekte görebileceği tedavilere ilişkin kurum seçimini likert tipte puanlama ile sorgulamaktadır. Fizyoterapi memnuniyet formu kapsamında da benzer maddelere yer verilmiş olup bu formun puanlaması 10 puan üzerinden yapılmıştır.Çalışma sonucuna göre, fizyoterapi hizmeti memnuniyet ölçeği ilk test puan ortalaması: 9,5111, son test puan ortalaması ise: 9,6222 olup, rehabilitasyon hizmeti alan çocukların ebeveynlerinin aldıkları hizmetten memnun olduğu bulunmuştur. PT Benchmark ölçeği ile klinik ortam son değerlendirme puanı (rs=0,462, p<0,05) arasında pozitif yönlü orta düzey bir ilişki saptanmıştır. PT Benchmark ölçeği ile sürekli kaygı ölçeği son değerlendirme sonuçları arasında negatif yönlü orta düzey bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir PT Benchmark ölçeği geçerlilik ve güvenirlik bulgularından ulaşılan sonuçlar ışığında, fizyoterapi hizmeti alan hastalarda, hasta memnuniyetinin yorumlanması ve ölçümünde bu ölçekten yarar sağlanabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The interaction between patients and health personnel, who have significant influences in the health care process, play the most important role in the satisfaction of patients and their relatives. The state of communication between the patient and the physiotherapy rehabilitation professional also determines the patient's satisfaction and service quality.The aim of this study is to enable the PT Benchmark's scale is used as a clinical evaluation tool in the scale by conducting validity and reliability tests on the relatives playing a role in the care of special education students. The PT Benchmark Scale used within the scope of our study specifically questioned the approach of individuals interested in enrollment, the waiting room, the physiotherapist's approach, and the choice of institution regarding treatments in general with the physiotherapy service in terms of likert-type scoring. Similar items were also included in the physiotherapy satisfaction form and the score of this form was made out of 10 points. As a result of the study, the mean score of the initial test score of the physiotherapy service was 9,5111 and the mean of the final test score was 9,6222 and the parents of the rehabilitation children were found to satisfing with the service they received. A positive moderate correlation was found between the PT Benchmark scale and the final evaluation score of the clinical environment (rs = 0,462, p <0,05). A negative moderate correlation was found between the PT Benchmark scale and the final assessment results of anxiety scale. In the light of the results obtained from the findings of PT Benchmark scale validity and reliability, it was found that patients who received physiotherapy services could benefit from this scale in interpretation and measurement of patient satisfaction.
