Hypermetropia in school-aged children is a pathology which is very common and responds to treatments early. No studies have been found in the literature on the efficancy of the hypermetropia treatments with physiotherapy methods. In our study, we aimed to investigate the effects of different eye exercises on hypermetropia defects in school age children aged 7-17 years and to determine whether exercise protocols have superiority against each other. 60 volunteer school-aged children (30 girls, 30 boys, between 7-17 years of age) were included in our study. 60 participants were randomly divided into three groups: eye exercises, convergence exercises and oculomotor exercise groups. Home exercise protocols were given to all groups for two sessions per day for six weeks, and regular phone calls were made once a week. Participants were assessed for their hypermetropic grades, visual acuity, near and sharp visual acuity, and the health-related quality of life. No statistically significant difference was found in the visual acuity and hypermetropia grades in the group of eye exercises (p> 0,05). There was a statistically significant difference in visual acuity of right and left eyes, near vision, sharp vision and quality of life in FSTP, PSTP and LTP in the convergence exercise group (p<0,05). There was a statistically significant difference in near vision, sharp vision and quality of life in FSTP, PSTP and OTP in the oculomotor exercise group (p<0,05). It has been observed that especially the convergence and oculomotor exercises can be used safely in the treatment of hypermetropia in school children. To promote the use of physiotherapy methods in the treatment of hypermetropia, there is a need for a large number of studies with larger groups of participants. Key words: Convergence exercise, eye exercises,
