Medipol Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin sağlık bilgi sistemleri ve E-nabız sistemine ilişkin farkındalık ve kullanım düzeylerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Günümüzde giderek artan bir şekilde hayatımıza giren teknoloji kavramı her alanda olumlu gelişimlere neden olan ve hayatımızı etki eden bir hal almıştır. Teknoloji ve berberinde gelen yenilikleri birey ve toplum düzeyinde kullanılabilen konuma ulaşmıştır. Bu nedenle sağlık hizmetleri alanında teknolojinin artması ve hizmet sürecinde kullanılması kaçınılmaz hale gelmiştir. Teknolojinin sağlık hizmetleri alanında kullanılması hizmetin kalitesinin artmasına ve süreklilik sağlanmasına katkı sağlamaktadır. Bilgi Sistemlerinin sağlık alanında kullanılması ile sağlık bilgi sistemleri oluşturulmuştur. Hastaneleri, poliklinikleri ve diğer birçok sağlık kuruluşunun işlemlerini kısa sürede ve daha pratik biçimde yapmasını sağlayan bu sistemlerden biri de e-nabız sistemidir. Bu çalışmada; sağlık bilgi sistemleri tanıtılmış olup, e-nabız sistemi ve bu sisteme olan farkındalık ve kullanım düzeyinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma İstanbul Medipol Üniversitesi öğrencileri üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Çalışmaya toplam 422 birey katılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre katılımcıların yaklaşık yarısının hiç duymadığı ve yalnızca her on kişiden birinin kendisinin, ailesinin ya da akrabalarının yalnızca bu sisteme kayıtlı olduğu ve bu sistemi kullandıkları saptanmıştır.

Nowadays, the concept of technology that is increasingly entering our lives has become a situation that causes positive developments in every field and has an impact on our lives. Technology and its innovations have reached a position that can be used at the level of individuals and society. So, the use of technology in the field of health care has become inevitable. The use of technology in the field of healthcare services contributes to the increase on the quality of the service and the continuity of it. Health information systems have been established with the use of information systems in the field of health. One of the systems that enables hospitals, policlinics and many other health institutions to carry out transactions in a short time and in a more practical way is the e-nabız (e-pulse) system. In this study; health information systems are introduced and it is aimed to determine the level of awareness and use of the e-nabız (e-pulse) system . The study was carried out on the students of Istanbul Medipol University. A total of 422 individuals participated in the study. According to the results of the research, it was determined that about half of the participants had never heard of it, and that only one in ten individuals, their families or relatives were enrolled in this system and used this system.
