The increasing population of the world, the policies carried out on energy resources, the risk of depletion of fossil energy resources and the damage to the ecological system have accelerated the search for new energy resources. These searches have led energy companies to turn to renewable energy sources. Renewable energy companies will lead to the rapid proliferation of renewable energy systems necessary for sustainable energy, the development of new technologies as well as economic growth, and the creation of new jobs with a future. With the new jobs to be created, renewable energy companies also need to reconsider their human resources strategies. In the first part of the study, the importance of energy is mentioned.
