Up to date literature includes only 1 case who had been operated undergeneral anesthesia. In this report, we present a 27-year-old male patient with Rainierhemoglobinopathy who underwent nasal septoplasty under general anesthesia.Rainier hemoglobinopati, hemoglobinin düşük kan oksijen satürasyonuna yol açanarmış oksijen afinitesi ile karakterize, oldukça ender görülen hematolojik bir hastalıktır.Güncel literatür, genel anestezi ile ameliyat edilen yalnızca 1 olguyu kapsamaktadır.
