The historicaldevelopment of media literacy, is approached three differentperiods, determines the main parts of our study. It is possible tointroduce the historical transformation of the past to the presentmedia literacy education in Turkey with the evaluation of theseconcepts which emerged in "Traditional Media Literacy","Digital Media Literacy" and "Post-Digital Media Literacy"periods. The changing media process in each of these timesegments and the changing media literacy equality is the onlyunknown to how to approach the media.
