New-onset atrial fibrillation as poor outcome predictor in patients with severe COVID-19. The Israel Medical Association journal : IMAJ, 24(7), 445-447.1565-1088https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12511/9599Tachyarrhythmias are common in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), in particular those with severe disease. However, newly diagnosed atrial fibrillation (AF) during the course of severe COVID-19 seems to have prognostic implications. In a case series of three patients with severe COVID-19 who developed new-onset AF, we present the clinical course and the outcome of the patients. Pertinent papers are discussed as well.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccessAtrial Fibrillation (AF)Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)COVID-19 PrognosisSevere Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)TachyarrhythmiaNew-onset atrial fibrillation as poor outcome predictor in patients with severe COVID-19Article247445447Q30008260979000132-s2.0-8513381211235819212Q3
