To the Editor: We read with interest the manuscript entitled ‘Combined Aortic and Mitral Annular Enlargement With Fibrous Skeleton Reconstruction’ by Najm HK et al. [1] in which the authors present KonnoRastan and Commando revision in a growing child to replace the mitral and aortic prosthesis with larger valves. Commando procedure itself is very challenging and authors are to be congratulated for their successful surgery in a re-do case.
